Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own website?
No. Every form has its own page with an address, which you can send as a link, put on social media or print as a QR code. If you have a website, embed the form using the code from the "Embed form on another website" button.
How do I accept payments?
Connect merchant acquiring from T-Bank, PSB or PatDy, SBP, or payment by invoice. Set the "Pay" action on the form button, and after submission the customer will go to the payment page with the order number.
How do I connect Bitrix24 or amoCRM?
In Bitrix24, create an incoming webhook with CRM permissions; in amoCRM, a long-lived token for your integration. Paste them into the form settings and click "Test submission". Step by step on the "Integrations" page.
What happens if the CRM is unavailable?
The request won't be lost: it stays in the queue and is resent after 1, 5, 30 minutes, 2 and 6 hours. The email notification still arrives immediately.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: one form for free, with a small platform signature at the bottom. "One form" has no signature, and "Commercial website" has no signature and no limit on the number of forms on the website.
