Where to send form submissions

Email is configured in the form button; everything else is set up in the form section window → “Module settings” → “Send submissions elsewhere”. Fill in the block you need, click “Save”, then “Test sending” — a test submission will arrive right away.

Bitrix24

Each submission becomes a new lead or deal with a contact. The contact is searched by phone and email, so no duplicates are created. All form answers go into the comment, and the source is “Website”.

  1. In Bitrix24, open Applications → Developer resources → Other → Inbound webhook.
  2. In “Permissions setup”, check CRM (crm) and click “Save”.
  3. Copy the “Webhook for calling the REST API” — an address like https://ваш-портал.bitrix24.ru/rest/1/abc123xyz/.
  4. Paste it into the “Webhook URL” field and choose “Lead” or “Deal + contact”.
  5. Optional: the responsible person’s ID (Employees → profile, the number in the address) and the deal pipeline ID (0 — the main one).

If leads are disabled in your portal (“simple CRM mode”), choose “Deal + contact”.

amoCRM

A deal is created with a contact (searched by phone and email), the tags “Website” and your own, and a note with all the form fields. The order amount goes into the deal budget.

  1. In amoCRM: Settings → Integrations → Create integration → “External integration”.
  2. Check the “Access to account data (crm)” permission, name the integration, for example “LookMy Forms”, and save.
  3. On the “Keys and access” tab, click “Long-term token”, choose the validity period, and copy the token.
  4. In the form settings: “Account address” — company.amocrm.ru, “Long-term token” — the copied string.
  5. Optional: pipeline and stage IDs (visible in the pipeline page address and in the stage settings), the responsible person’s ID, your own tag.

The token is valid until the selected date. When it expires, the form’s status line will show “token is invalid” — create a new one and paste it into the settings.

Google Sheets

Each submission is a new row: date, form, and all fields. Columns are matched by the names in the first row, and new fields are appended to the end of the header. Values are not evaluated as formulas.

Method 1. Link to the spreadsheet

  1. Create a spreadsheet and click “Share”.
  2. Add the platform’s service account address (it is shown in the form settings under the “Test sending” button) with the “Editor” role.
  3. Copy the spreadsheet address from the browser and paste it into the “Spreadsheet or web app” field. For a specific sheet, open it before copying (the link will contain #gid=…).

Method 2. Script in your own spreadsheet (Apps Script)

  1. In the spreadsheet: Extensions → Apps Script, delete everything and paste the code below.
  2. Start deployment → New deployment → type “Web app”, “Execute as” — you, “Who has access” — “Anyone”.
  3. Grant access, copy the web app address https://script.google.com/macros/s/…/exec, and paste it into the form settings.
function doPost(e) {
  var d = JSON.parse(e.postData.contents);
  var sh = SpreadsheetApp.getActiveSpreadsheet().getSheets()[0];
  var last = sh.getLastColumn();
  var head = last ? sh.getRange(1, 1, 1, last).getValues()[0] : [];
  var idx = {};
  head.forEach(function (h, i) { idx[String(h).trim().toLowerCase()] = i; });
  d.headers.forEach(function (h) {
    var k = String(h).trim().toLowerCase();
    if (!(k in idx)) { head.push(h); idx[k] = head.length - 1; }
  });
  sh.getRange(1, 1, 1, head.length).setValues([head]).setFontWeight('bold');
  var row = head.map(function () { return ''; });
  d.headers.forEach(function (h, i) { row[idx[String(h).trim().toLowerCase()]] = d.row[i]; });
  sh.getRange(sh.getLastRow() + 1, 1, 1, row.length).setNumberFormat('@').setValues([row]);
  return ContentService.createTextOutput(JSON.stringify({ ok: true }))
    .setMimeType(ContentService.MimeType.JSON);
}

NetOS Tables

Submissions are appended as rows to an .xlsx workbook on your NetOS cloud desktop. The workbook can be opened in NetOS “Tables”, or downloaded and opened in Excel or LibreOffice.

  1. In NetOS, open “Tables”, create a workbook, and save it to the desktop in .xlsx format.
  2. Copy the address of the page with the open workbook — it contains ?id=….
  3. Paste the address into the “Workbook link” field in the form settings.

You can only write to your own workbooks: the NetOS desktop must belong to the administrator with the same email as the form’s website.

Email

Open the form button and set the action Отправить{you@company.ru, manager@company.ru}; Скрыть форму; Сообщение{Спасибо! Мы перезвоним.}. Empty braces Отправить{} send the email to the site administrators. The email contains all fields, the submission source, and “Reply” and “Call” buttons.

Integrations work together with email: you can receive a submission by email, in your CRM, and in a spreadsheet at the same time.

Sending submissions to CRMs, spreadsheets, and email

The integrations section shows how to set up sending form responses to your working tools. A submission no longer lives only in an email: it immediately lands where your team works with it.

Email is configured in the form button. Other destinations are connected in the form module settings, in the block for additional submission sending. Just fill in the block you need, save the changes, and click the send test: a test submission will arrive right away, and you will see that everything works.

  • Bitrix24 — a submission is created as a lead or deal, the contact is searched by phone and email, and no duplicates are created;
  • amoCRM — a new deal with the data from the form;
  • Google Sheets — each submission is added as a separate row;
  • NetOS Tables — responses are collected in the service’s spreadsheet;
  • Email — a notification about every inquiry.

All form answers go into the card, and the source is listed as a website. For Bitrix24 you will need an inbound webhook with CRM permissions; its address is pasted into the settings. You can connect several integrations at once, so a submission ends up in both the CRM and a spreadsheet.
